FitBall® (also known as either a Swiss Ball or Exercise Ball) has successfully been used for over four decades in therapy and rehabilitation. But within the last 10 years these balls have conquered many other fields of use. They are used in sports, recreation and even in classrooms and offices, to provide active sitting as an alternative to chairs. The fitness and health club industry has also adopted the ball because it is versatile, interesting and a lot of fun. Safe and strong enough to support 600lbs, FitBall® are manufactured to CE standards. Made from soft, non-slip Burst Resistant Quality (BRQ) material which deflates slowly when punctured to prevent injury.
The Fitball® is sized according to you height. Please select the required size from the table below.
These sizes are based on using the Fitball for exercises - if you plan to use the Fitball as a chair we recommend you purchase the next size up (65cm for most people). If you already using the Fitball at a gym, please consult them to ensure that you purchase the correct size for the exercise programme in use. Colours: 45cm = Yellow, 55cm = Red, 65cm = Blue, 75cm = Green, 85cm = Red
