Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Accepted Methods of Online Payment
When ordering from fitball-training.com, all goods you order can be paid for online by either Credit or Debit Card. The following payment cards are accepted:

Mastercard
Switch
Solo
Payment Security
When making payment for your order online, your payment will be not be processed until your order is ready to be shipped. Your payment details, including your payment card number are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet.
Alternative Methods of Payment
If you do not wish to pay online, please add the items to your cart as nomral and select "Offline Payment". You will receive full instructions by email on the alternative payment methods.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
Cheque/Postal Order - Please make cheques payable to "Physique Management Company Limited". Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 5 working days.
Cancellation or Orders
Once orders have been processed and paid for they cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the returns policy defined below.
Carriage and Packing Charges
All items dispatched by the most economical route currently available. We do not make a profit on carriage and the cost includes packaging materials and our packing time. Our prices are kept keen, competitive and fair. Carriage is at cost, which has to be borne, and the following are very clear guidelines when ordering:
All orders will incur a charge of £5.50 + V.A.T. per parcel.
Multiple parcel orders, dispatched at the same time to the same address, will be charged at cost. These terms are for mainland U.K. only. All other areas will be charged at cost. Special arrangements may be negotiated with the company dependent on order value and destination.
Delivery Timescales
Goods will be dispatched during the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays) following order placement, subject to stock availability and successful payment processing. We do not accept liability for failure to achieve these delivery timescales as they are quoted on a best endeavour basis.
Returns Policy
The goods are warranted as fit for purpose for 30 days and against defects caused during manufacturing and delivery and you will be offered a free replacement where available. In circumstances where a replacement is not available you will be offered a full refund.
Returned goods that have been tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense. We do not operate a try before you buy policy.
If you wish to return goods that are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made.
All refunds by payment card are made to the same payment card that was used for the original purchase.
The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
