Every exercise for strength, endurance or mobility challenges and stimulates motor reflexes, balance and intermuscular coordination.
Physical activity however does not only have a positive effect to our body. People who regularly exercise are mentally stronger and have a better resistance against stresses. For elder people training provides many benefits: The opportunity for social contacts and the gain of self confidence and independence in their daily tasks such as shopping and housekeeping etc.
